Each Green Cities property carries a distinct brand built on a single promise: health, wellness, and sustainability. We hold that standard across the portfolio, verify it through certifications like LEED and Fitwel, and report performance transparently to residents and investors.
We design and build for health: clean indoor air, low-toxicity materials, stable temperatures, and lighting tuned to residents’ circadian rhythms. A portfolio-wide healthy-materials standard governs every finish, and we test indoor air quality and share the results with residents. Biophilic and universal design standards broaden each property’s appeal across ages and abilities and position our assets as market leaders in resident health.
We operate every building to consume less energy, water, and material, lowering operating costs and reducing environmental impact. Efficient building systems, water conservation, and waste diversion improve asset performance against benchmarks year over year. Climate resilience, preventative maintenance, and emergency preparedness protect each asset against physical risk and keep communities operating through extreme weather events and emergency scenarios.
We build community at every property, where residents connect with their neighbors and feel a genuine sense of belonging. Site teams deliver year-round wellness, sustainability, and community events and programming and maintain the shared spaces, gardens, and fitness amenities that support daily wellbeing.
